Rory’s Lil’ Reindeer

Howdy from Tulsa, Oklahoma! It has been a long time for me to be able to post anything, but I am back in my studio and enjoying every minute.

Today I have a very cute Christmas ornament using Rory’s Lil’ Reindeer and some of my on-hand supplies. You can find Rory’s Lil’ Reindeer exclusively at Sweet Pea Stamps in a digital format or as a rubber stamp, which ever media you prefer to work with.

Rory and her reindeer were first colored with Copics with some white gel pen as accents.

Copics used:
Skin: E000, 00, 04, 11, 21, R20;
Hair: E29, 37, YR25, Y15, 26;
Antlers: E70, 71, 74, 77, 79;
Reindeer and Feedbag: E21, 23, 27;
Clothes & Scarf:
YG03,17,21, 67, and
RV13, 19, 34, 69, and
V01, 05, 06, 09;
Holly: G40, 82, 94, 99;
Basket: E23, 37, YR24, Y26, and
RV13, 19, 34, 69, and
V01, 05, 06, 09;
Shoes: C1, 3, 5, 7, 9;
Background: W00, 0, 1, 2, 3, and
White gel pen.

After the coloring I started the assembly. First I decided that the ornament was going to be oval.
I die cut the image and purple cardstock with an oval die.

The next steps were to trim with the cotton lace on both pieces,
2 rows of lace per piece.
My gold trim is from the miniature tree section at Hobby Lobby.
I always check there because some of those miniature
trimmings are perfect for paper crafting.

 Rory’s Lil’ Reindeer ornament is complete.

I have tied the ornament on a stand with some gold ribbon.
Now it is ready for display.

There are some very fun Lacy Sunshine places to visit. We have our challenge blog, Lacy Sunshine Challenge Blog, and our Facebook group, Lacy Sunshine. I hope you come and play with us.

Lacy Sunshine's Enchantresses Take the World by Storm

Hi  Fellow  Crafters!

Hope everyone is having a  glorious day!

As  you have   seen  over the past  couple of  weeks...  my  latest   collection  the Ethereal  Enchantresses  is   taking the  crafting  world  by  storm! This is  a  copyrighted collection  which  I have been working on  for  several months....  and  well all I  can  say is   I am  so THRILLED   that  you  are  all loving them so!!!

Daily  new  Enchantresses  have  been  flying  into my  shoppe  for  all your  crafting needs. So please  make  sure you  check  my  shoppe  often  to  see  all the new   Beauties!

Each  are  so  different and unique.... and  nowhere   else   can  you  find  these   beauties  except   for here....  from my   creative  mind and  art  desk to  my  shoppe and  them  home  to your   crafting  table  to  create  amazing  projects!

I  need to  remind  you  that Lacy Sunshine is   the  ORIGINAL   home  and  creator  of  my  Ethereal   Enchantresses!

Now  with that  being   said ..  There is    someone   really  naughty in the  crafting   world!!!!  You know  lurking about in the   shadows is that  "other  artist" who sits  and  waits   for   my  next  new   idea, like my Enchantresses  to  come  about.  Just like  she  did  with my Rory,  Flower Pot Pretties  and  The  Boo's.  (I'm not  mentioning  her name  for  everyone knows  who I am referring too)  I  should  say  she  does this  too all  other  successful artist  because she has no  creative bone in her  body. You know I  was just thinking  being naughty like this means  Santa will be   bringing   her nothing  but  a big   bag of  coal!
So ... just  remember  support the original   artists...  not the  knock off  wannabee's.

Now  let's   take a  look  at some of the amazing   Ethereal  Encahntress creations  made my   by    fans and  team designers! Enjoy the  marvelous  eye candy!

Hugs,
Heather

PS- To  "the other  artist"...  if you  want my  next  original idea... just  give me  a call or  send me  an  email you know my  number and   email addy! LOL
 You know its  been  a  few  years  now  since I have NOT been affiliated with  you,  when are you  going to move on and  do  your OWN thing? Don't  you think it's  about  time?

Warm Winter Wishes

Hello Everyone!!
Tiets here to show you a Christmas creation with some trees and North Pole Rory!
This digi heather made special for my club members  and I had to make  something with it.
isn't she gorgeous??
The trees are from a Dutch company called Dutch Doobadoo. I glued some paper(Noor! design) on it and with Gesso I made some snow effects! Also the sentiment on the craft paper is from that company. So easy to use!
I have colored Rory this time with my prisma pencils (forgot the write down the numbers...sorry!)

 On the bottom I have made some snow theme effect with a little sleigh and some reindeers. The gingerbread is made of cardboard and we can buy this here at the scrap shops.
Those little snowballs,red berries and pine appels  I bought at a christmas show somewhere here in Holland.
 The latern is a die from Noor! Design  just as the reindeers.

I hope you like my christmas theme . It was a lot of work but so much fun making it!

have a lovely day!

Hugs Tiets xx

Rory's Snowglobe Wine bottle holder

It's Bettina here today to show you something that I have done for the very first time today. I've made a wine bottle holder to cover it as a Christmas gift. Have a look:

and a little closeup

Isn't this the perfect little gift for the host at a Christmas party? I think the blue makes Rory pop of the papers too.

I've used my Maja design Christmas papers and added some diecuts and pearls and a Christmas ribbon
You can find Rory's Snowglobe over here

Good Morning ALL!

I started thinking, the center stair step card is fab looking, but what would happen if I did just the opposite!  So, I guess this would be called the reverse center stair step card!
After you color Heather's 'Snow Bunny Ethereal Enchantress' with copics
(I forgot Skin: E00, Eooo, E0000 Blush Blush: R00 Lips: RV10 enhanced with prisma)
You can get started on your card base.
Start with a blank piece of heavy white CS measuring 7 1/2" X 11"
Your card will be 5 1/2" x 71/2". The two outer panels will be 1 1/2" each and your center panel will be 4 1/2"
Line it up on the 1 1/2" mark and cut from the 1" mark up to the 6 1/2" mark, flip it over and do the same on the other side. Those are the only two cuts that you will make. I put a copic marker in so you could see the slits.
You can hardly see it but score in the middle of the two slits,
1", 2", 6 1/2"
Then score 5 1/2" on the outer panels
Fold your score lines, 1" (mountain) 2" (valley) 6 1/2" (mountain)
The two outer score lines fold you card in half
When you fold your card, it looks like this
Your done with the card base now time to decorate
I used two die cuts from Stampin' Up,  the flourish and the bigz lattice, which I cut in half
I wanted the two outer to hang over a bit so they are 1 3/4" X 4 1/2" and the bottom panel is 1 1/4" X 7 1/2". I embossed my glitter paper with a snowflake cuddle bug folder. I made a frame for Snow Bunny to rest
I popped up Snow Bunny and the diecuts. This is pretty but it needs more stuff.

Some of the snow flakes are stickers and some are sequin snow flakes with rhinestones in the center. On Heather's Snow Bunny, I used diamond dust, stickles, and glossy accents.

Instead of the two outer panels recessed, the center is, which looks like a shadow box, Huh!
(TRY IT, IT'S FUN!)
